4 (8oz) pork chops (I like the hearts)
1/2 c teriyaki sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 tsp crushed red pep
2 tsp garlic (I use one from fridge)
1/4 c creamy peanut butter (I use Maranatha)
1/2 c green onion, diced
1/4 c chopped peanut
1 lime
1 granny smith apple
Coat Crock (I use olive oil).
Put all ingredients from first paragraph in.
Cook for 8 hr on Low. Turn pork halfway.
Take pork out, stir in pb. Leave in for 10 more min.
Garnish w green on and peanuts. Serve over brown rice
and with a side salad of green apple with a squeeze of lime.
The tart apple and acid ties everything together!
