I keep all my office backup things outside of my office, in my office bin. Here, you would find post-it notes, markers, paper clips, rubberbands, tape, extra ink – things I don’t need regularly.

In my mail center, I keep letters, address labels, stamps, checkbook – the usual things for mailing.
